Left being told “I was already doing everything right” and given an OTC pain relief regimen despite me telling them I was already using OTC meds and that they had stopped working. I was told my pain was from overworking my jaw muscle, similar to sore muscles after working out; my pain was so severe I had to go to urgent care to relieve enough pain to sleep. The pain I was, and am still in, has been greatly disrupting my life. I am clearly no expert in dentistry, but I am an expert at knowing my body and I’ve never been in that much constant pain from an “overworked muscle”. I wasn’t going to mind if they couldn’t find out the root cause of my pain, but I was at least hoping to get some help. Staff was very nice though and appt didn’t take long at all.

They said I had to schedule an appointment first, which is understandable. But they were not going to be able to tell me if my insurance was accepted for sure prior to my appointment. I'm not willing to leave work before confirming coverage. This happened at 2 of their offices as I was unaware they were associated. At this point, I rather drive back to Houston to my old dentist.
